About the Championship

This year the Championship League competition will take an unusual form to fit the epidemiological circumstances. In order to minimize the risks and follow all of the current health recommendations, the tournament will be played from two physical locations - in Warsaw and in Poznan - with four players meeting at each of them along with a proctor. Matches between those playing from the same place will be played on a real board (and transcribed online), with others being played over on the OGS server. This format will minimize the risks involved with playing the tourney from a single location by everybody as well as those stemming from playing online, thanks to a referee inspecting players on site. We are confident this compromise will allow the tourney to take place in a safe and accommodating manner. We invite everybody to participate by observing and commenting on games live!

Prize pool

Every participant of the League will receive prize award based on the number of won games. The best 3 players will also receive bonus prize related to achieved title.
